Pálinka production and consumption has centuries of history in Hungary. Distillations were already consumed in the 14th century. Then, they were called aqua vitae – water of life.

The aim of the Agárd Pálinka Distillery is to conserve the traditions of pálinka making and to protect its good reputation; furthermore, to produce drinks of outstanding quality for an expert public. They show us the beauty of fruit pálinka and the tastes characteristic only of Hungarian fruit that provides a unique gastronomic experience for the foreign visitors coming to our country
The Pálinka Distillery offers two product families for those who care about the harmony of tastes and for its uniqueness. “Premium” category: pálinkas made from special ingredients, the Gypsy sour cherry, quince, sloe, blackcurrant and other specialities. “Miraculum” selection: traditional tastes: apricot, plum, Muscateller, pear and ripe apple pálinka.
Apart from fruit pálinkas, the company relies on Hungarian winemakers and produces different grape must pálinkas as well.
