PORK CHOPS OF TATA

 

Remove the bones from some loin chops and make into sausage meat (meat, salt, ground pepper, garlic soaked and the juices pressed out, ground paprika, cumin and sugar to taste), then mix with eggs. Place the stuffing on a slice of pork fillet, roll up and fry. As garnish we recommend finely diced onions and bacon, diced new potatoes fried and green parsley.
