ROAST OF NESZMÉLY

Ingredients: 2 slices of pork chop; a slice of thin ham; an onion ring.Beat the chops to tenderise, place the ham on one chop along with the onion ring and cover with the other tenderised chop.

Pin the meat together and grill. When the meat is cooked, remove the pins, place a slice of raw onion and a "rooster's comb" (slice of fried bacon) on top, and dust with ground paprika. Fried potatoes are recommended as garnish.
